Arbitrary file read via unsafe send_file path

Absolute path traversal in nlpweb Glance through 2014-06-27 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files via crafted URLs. In flask_yeoman.py, the request path passes through os.path.join to Flask send_file, where an absolute path discards the intended base directory. No authentication or user interaction is required, and exposure is limited to files readable by the Glance service account.
