Arbitrary file read via unsafe send_file call

Absolute path traversal in Lukasavicus WindMill 1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files via crafted paths. The affected Flask route passes an attacker-controlled path directly to send_file, which treats supplied file paths as trusted instead of confining access to an intended directory. No authentication or user interaction is required, and exposure is limited to files readable by the server process.
