Arbitrary file read via unsafe path join

Path traversal in Ganga before 8.5.10 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files through the job-browse web route. The job_browse route passes an attacker-controlled path to os.path.join, whose absolute-path handling discards the intended job directory, then serves the result with Flask send_file. No authentication or user interaction is required; exposed GangaGUI instances permit file disclosure, while repeated large-file requests can interrupt service.
