Authenticated code execution via site-file editing
Published Jun 8, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Broken access control in LibreHealth EHR Base 2.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute code through the site-file manager. The manage_site_files.php endpoint omits a super-administrator authorization check and lets any signed-in user replace web-accessible site files. Ordinary user access is sufficient to inject PHP into custom_pdf.php and invoke the resulting web shell remotely.
