Unauthenticated command execution via hostname injection

OS command injection in HID Mercury access controllers before 1.302 or 1.296 allows remote attackers to execute shell commands. The network.cgi handler applies POSTed network settings before validating the session cookie, and its hostname filters accept tabs that reach an udhcpc shell command. Execution occurs during startup or shutdown, enabling controller monitoring, relay changes, persistent filesystem modification, or instability.
