Account enumeration via unrestricted user search

Information disclosure in sr.solutions UserTakeOver before 4.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to enumerate ILIAS accounts. The plugin's search command returns the complete user list to a regular logged-in account when the caller knows the site-specific search URL. The exposure is limited to account identities; no ability to impersonate users, modify data, or interrupt service is reported.
