Cross-site scripting in Trudesk 1.2.2 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary script in another user's browser through a crafted chat message. The chat message field accepts attacker-supplied HTML or script and renders it to another user without effective neutralization. No attacker privileges are required, but the recipient must view the delivered message, where the code runs in the recipient's Trudesk web session.
