Server-side request forgery in nbnbk CMS 3 allows remote attackers to make arbitrary server-side requests by injecting URLs into the URL parameter. The getFileBinary function accepts attacker-controlled URL input and causes the server to issue requests without restricting destinations. The flaw is reachable without authentication over the network and can expose internal resources or alter requests, while availability impact is not reported.
