Authenticated code execution via crafted UNL import

Arbitrary file upload in EVE-NG Community 2.0.3-112 allows remote authenticated users to execute code through a crafted UNL file. The apiImportLabs function in api_labs.php fails to reject dangerous content during UNL import, allowing attacker-supplied PHP to execute on the server. A high-privilege EVE-NG account is required, and successful exploitation grants the application's server-side execution authority.
