Authenticated arbitrary file deletion via path parameter
Published Jun 1, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Arbitrary file deletion in Online Car Wash Booking System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to delete server files via a crafted path. The delete_img action in classes/Master.php passes the attacker-controlled path parameter to file deletion without restricting it to an image directory. Backend access is required, and the user can remove any file writable by the web server account, causing data loss or service interruption.
