Process crash via unchecked RTP atom size

Resource exhaustion in Axiomatic Systems Bento4 1.6.0.0 allows local users to crash mp42hls by processing a crafted MP4 file. AP4_RtpAtom derives an SDP-text buffer length from the RTP atom size without rejecting an undersized value, causing an enormous allocation request. Execution requires a user or local workflow to supply the file to a Bento4-based parser; the demonstrated consequence is process termination from allocation failure.
