Authenticated code execution via arbitrary extension rename

Unrestricted file upload in N-Media Frontend File Manager Plugin before 21.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code. The frontend rename workflow accepts an arbitrary replacement extension, so a subscriber can upload a file under an allowed extension, rename it to .php, and expose it beneath the site's user-upload directory. Subscriber-level access and a page containing the plugin shortcode are required; successful use executes attacker-controlled PHP in the web-server context.
