Service crash via shell-quote index over-read

Stack-based buffer over-read in dbus-broker before 31 allows attackers to crash the launcher via a malicious D-Bus service Exec line. c_shquote_strnspn() and c_shquote_strncspn() allocate 255-element lookup arrays, then index them with an unsigned input byte that can equal 255. Reachability requires control of an activation service Exec value; the demonstrated consequence is an out-of-bounds read and process abort.
