Root command execution via blank Telnet password

Improper authentication in Infiray IRAY-A8Z3 1.0.957 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands as root through Telnet. The camera starts telnetd on TCP port 23 by default and assigns the root account an empty password, so the service opens a root shell without credential proof. Network reachability to port 23 is sufficient for remote attackers to gain full administrative control of the camera.
