Arbitrary file write via unchecked ZIP paths

Path traversal in DSpace 4.0 through 5.10 and 6.0 through 6.3 allows remote authenticated users to write files via crafted SAF archives. The ItemImportServiceImpl unzip method concatenates each untrusted ZIP entry name with its extraction directory and opens that path without first verifying its canonical location. An Administrator using XMLUI or JSPUI, or a user with command-line access, must import the malicious package; created files are limited to locations writable by the Tomcat or DSpace account.
