Incorrect calculation in Cranelift for Wasmtime before 0.38.2 allows context-dependent attackers to produce wrong guest results on AArch64. Cranelift's AArch64 lowering rules load sub-64-bit constant divisors without the required sign or zero extension before a 64-bit division. Reachability requires execution of a guest containing the affected division pattern on an AArch64 host; the wrong result affects guest correctness, not host isolation.
