Unauthenticated command execution via ssl_cert upload

Command injection in Roxy-WI before 6.1.1.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary operating-system commands through an HTTP request. The unauthenticated ssl_cert upload path in app/options.py passes attacker-controlled input to subprocess_execute without neutralizing shell metacharacters. No account or user interaction is required, and injected commands run with the privileges of the web-server process.
