Unauthorized JVM Unsafe access via omitted limiter callback

Incorrect authorization in Karlatemp Unsafe Accessor 1.4.0 through 1.6.2 allows attackers to obtain unrestricted JVM Unsafe access. UnsafeAccess.getInstance() returns the singleton after calling SecurityCheck.getInstance(), but fails to retrieve the configured limiter and invoke preGetUnsafeAccess() before returning. Exploitation requires an application to configure SecurityCheck.AccessLimiter and expose execution to untrusted code; successful access bypasses that policy and exposes JVM-internal memory operations.
