Server crash via off-by-one evidence index

Improper array-index validation in Attorney Online Akashi 1.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to crash the server. AOClient::pktEditEvidence and AOClient::pktRemoveEvidence accept an evidence index equal to the list size, then pass that out-of-range index to replacement or deletion operations. A connected user able to submit evidence-editing packets can terminate the server process, interrupting service for all clients.
