Restricted-content access via unchecked invite redemption

Improper authorization in Discourse before 2.8.5 stable and 2.9.0.beta6 beta allows remote authenticated users to bypass invite restrictions. The invite redemption flow fails to compare the logged-in account's email with an invite's fixed address or permitted domain before applying group memberships. A valid account and a restricted invite are required; redemption can add the account to private groups and expose group-restricted content.
