Account takeover via unsafe project title rendering

Stored cross-site scripting in STForScratch ScratchTools 2.4.0 through 2.5.1 allows remote attackers to take over accounts via project titles. The Recently Viewed Projects code assigns an untrusted Scratch project title to an anchor through innerHTML, causing title markup and JavaScript to execute in the Scratch page context. Execution requires a user with that feature enabled to view an attacker-controlled project and later render it in the recent-project list.
