Unauthenticated server crash via invalid file requests

Improper request handling in Parse Server 4.10.11 and earlier and 5.0.0 through 5.2.2 allows remote attackers to crash the server. FilesRouter dereferences the configuration returned for an invalid application ID, and metadataHandler destructures it outside its error-handling block. No authentication is required; a crafted file or file-metadata request can terminate a single instance, while clustering limits the service interruption.
