Authenticated service interruption via unbounded response buffering

Uncontrolled resource consumption in KubeEdge before 1.9.4, 1.10.0 through 1.10.1, and 1.11.0 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt services. The viaduct WSClient reads an entire WebSocket response body into memory without a size limit, so an oversized response exhausts available memory. Exploitation requires an authenticated edge-side connection to CloudHub, and the resulting exhaustion denies service to the process invoking WSClient.
