Local code tampering via world-writable gem files

Incorrect file permissions in Octokit Octopoller 0.2.0 allow local users to alter installed gem files through world-writable access. The published gem assigns mode 0666 rather than 0644 to packaged files, granting group members and all other local users write access. A local account with filesystem access can replace library code that a host application later loads, changing the application's runtime behavior.
