CVE-2022-31069

OAuth token disclosure via unconditional header forwarding

Published Jun 15, 2022 · Updated Apr 23, 2025

Sensitive information exposure in Finastra nestjs-proxy before 0.7.0 allows attackers to expose OAuth bearer tokens to backend services. The proxy forwards each incoming Authorization header to the selected configured service without a per-service suppression control. The gate is an authenticated request routed through such a service, and the direct consequence is disclosure of its bearer token to that backend.
