Credential disclosure via modified repository URL logging

Information disclosure in Semantic Release semantic-release 17.0.4 through 19.0.2 allows remote authenticated users to read CI credentials. When push access fails, the logger prints the credential-modified repository URL, while masking misses secrets containing encodeURI-excluded characters. Exposure requires a CI run that lacks direct repository push access, falls back to a credential-bearing URL, and makes the resulting log available to an attacker.
