Memory corruption via unbounded STUN attribute parsing

Stack-based buffer overflow in PJSIP PJPROJECT 2.12.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to corrupt memory via crafted STUN responses. pjstun_parse_msg writes each parsed attribute pointer into the fixed-size msg->attr array without stopping when attr_count reaches its capacity. Reachability requires a configured STUN server at the PJSUA/PJSUA2 level or direct use of pjlib-util/stun_simple; public sources do not demonstrate code execution.
