Service interruption via unbounded idle HTTP connections

Resource exhaustion in MinIO before RELEASE.2022-06-02T02-11-04Z allows remote attackers to interrupt service with idle HTTP connections. The HTTP server lacks IdleTimeout and ReadHeaderTimeout controls, so open or slow-header connections retain goroutines without a bound. No authentication is required, and sustained buildup slows or stops incoming API calls until the service is restarted.
