Server crash via unbounded form-data recursion

Uncontrolled recursion in Vapor before 4.61.1 allows remote attackers to crash servers through deeply nested URL-encoded form data. The URLEncodedFormData.set(value:forPath:) method recursively consumes attacker-controlled key-path segments without a depth bound. Automatic URL-encoded content decoding must process the crafted body, exhausting the process stack and interrupting the hosted service.
