Credential disclosure in RabbitMQ Server before 3.8.32, 3.9.0 through 3.9.17, and 3.10.0 through 3.10.1 allows local users to read URI credentials. rabbit_prelaunch_conf initialized credentials obfuscation before Erlang distribution, causing erlang:get_cookie() to supply the predictable nocookie value as the encryption seed. Exposure requires Shovel or Federation to be enabled, a related exception to record obfuscated URI data, and local access to the node log.
