Remote process crash via malformed SDP parsing

Heap-based buffer overflow in Sofia-SIP before 1.13.8 allows remote attackers to crash a consuming FreeSWITCH process via malformed SDP. In parse_descs, a truncated final SDP line advances rest two bytes beyond its NUL terminator before passing that pointer to strspn, causing out-of-bounds access. The SIP endpoint must accept attacker-controlled SDP; the documented outcome is a crash, while the upstream advisory also identifies remote code execution as a more serious consequence.
