Service crash via unchecked SIP method length

Out-of-bounds read in FreeSWITCH Sofia-SIP before 1.13.8 allows remote attackers to crash SIP applications with a crafted message. In sip_method_d, the MATCH macro leaves n at a candidate method length longer than the remaining input, and IS_NON_WS then reads s[n] past the buffer. Any network-reachable application that passes unauthenticated SIP messages to the affected parser can be interrupted; no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
