Stored cross-site scripting via unsanitized SVG uploads

Cross-site scripting in Friends of Flarum FoF Upload before 1.2.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript via an SVG URI. The upload pipeline stores SVG content without sanitizing embedded scripts, so direct navigation serves attacker-controlled active content to another user's browser. Exploitation requires SVG uploads to be enabled, upload permission for the attacker, and a victim to open the stored SVG directly; successful code runs in that user's web context and can read or modify reachable data.
