Heap over-read via Unicode length misuse

Out-of-bounds read in GPAC 2.0.0 allows local users to trigger heap memory disclosure or a service crash via crafted MP4Box input. The utils/utf.c Unicode utf8_wcslen function, renamed gf_utf8_wcslen, is misused so length handling reads beyond a heap buffer while MP4Box processes the file. Exploitation requires a local user to open or process attacker-controlled media; the documented effects are confidentiality loss and availability impact without integrity modification.
