Secret extraction or SSRF via forged XML parsing

Cross-site request forgery in Jenkins Storable Configs Plugin 1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to trigger XML parsing. An HTTP endpoint invokes an XML parser without requiring POST, and the parser permits external entities in a crafted local XML file. A victim with Item/Configure permission must interact with the request; successful exploitation extracts controller secrets or induces server-side requests.
