XXE in Jenkins Storable Configs Plugin 1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to extract controller secrets through crafted XML. The plugin's HTTP endpoint passes an attacker-supplied file to an XML parser that leaves external entity resolution enabled. Item/Configure permission is required; resolved entities can disclose controller secrets or make Jenkins issue server-side requests.
