Attacker-controlled server request via CSRF-prone validation endpoint

CSRF in Jenkins Script Security Plugin 1158.v7c1b_73a_69a_08 and earlier allows remote attackers to trigger an outbound HTTP request. The form-validation endpoint accepts GET requests and sends its attacker-controlled URL from the Jenkins controller instead of requiring POST. A victim with an authenticated Jenkins browser session must load attacker-controlled content; the resulting request reaches an attacker-specified web server.
