Published Jun 21, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Stored XSS in NukeViet CMS before 4.5.02 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through a crafted top-menu link. The Top Menu administrator stores a new menu item's URL without adequate sanitization and renders the crafted value to later visitors. Administrative access is required to plant the payload; execution occurs when another user visits the site and can alter displayed data or expose session information.
