Command injection in Cradlepoint IBR600 NCOS 6.5.0.160bc2e and earlier allows local users to execute arbitrary code through a shell escape. CISA has not disclosed the affected command handler, the escape sequence, or the operation that fails to neutralize it. A non-superuser NCOS account with local shell access is required; successful exploitation grants a full, unrestricted shell with read and write control of device data.
