Resolver crash via stale CNAME query handling

Denial of service in affected ISC BIND 9 releases allows remote attackers to crash named by sending crafted DNS queries to a resolver. The stale-answer path mishandles an incoming query when the cache contains a stale CNAME and stale-answer-client-timeout is 0. Exploitation requires stale cache and stale answers to be enabled; the resulting named process crash interrupts DNS service.
