Connection denial via exhausted communication channels

Uncontrolled resource consumption in CODESYS V3 communication servers allows remote attackers to prevent new channel connections. CmpChannelServer and CmpChannelServerEmbedded retain a finite set of channel slots that repeated unauthenticated requests can exhaust. Existing sessions remain intact, limiting the consequence to denial of new communication sessions while channel capacity remains occupied.
