Interpreter crash via negative array size

Improper array index validation in Janet before 1.22.0 allows remote attackers to crash the interpreter via a negative array size. The cfun_array_new_filled function accepts a negative count, leaving data NULL while storing negative count and capacity values that later array operations use for out-of-bounds memory accesses. Exploitation requires attacker-controlled Janet code to invoke array/new-filled and array/ensure; the demonstrated consequence is an interpreter crash.
