Intent hijacking in Finder on Samsung Mobile Devices before SMR Jul-2022 Release 1 allows local users to start activities as Finder. Finder exposes an implicit activity intent without adequate access control, allowing an unprivileged application to intercept and redirect activity launch resolution. A malicious application must already run on an affected device; the bounded result is execution of certain activities with Finder's privileges.
