Panic via recursive zero-length gzip member processing

Uncontrolled recursion in Go compress/gzip before 1.17.12 and 1.18.0 through 1.18.3 allows attackers to cause a panic via a crafted archive. Reader.Read recursively advances across concatenated zero-length gzip members instead of iterating, eventually exhausting the call stack. Any application that passes an attacker-controlled archive to the affected reader can crash, interrupting that application process.
