Hard-coded credentials in CHC Navigation P5E-Net GNSS receiver firmware allow attackers to extract stored operating-system passwords. The firmware image stores credentials in extractable form instead of protecting them from offline inspection. Access to an affected firmware image is required, and disclosure exposes receiver operating-system account passwords.
