CVE-2022-30623

Authentication bypass via trusted status cookie

Published Jul 18, 2022 · Updated Sep 17, 2024

Authentication bypass in CHC Navigation P5E-Net GNSS Reference Receiver 4.1 through 4.2 allows local users to access protected functions. The server treats a cookie named status with the value true as proof of identity instead of validating a username and password.
