Database access via badge criteria SQL injection

SQL injection in Moodle LMS allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries through badge criteria configuration. Published advisories identify the Badges criterion-configuration code but do not disclose the affected function, parameter, or unsafe query operation. Site-administrator access is required in 4.0, 3.11.6, 3.10.10, and 3.9.13; teachers and managers have the capability by default in earlier affected releases, and successful injection can read or modify database data or interrupt service.
