Stored XSS via unescaped assignment marker IDs

Stored XSS in the assignment grading interface of Moodle LMS allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a marker's browser. The bulk marker allocation form renders stored user ID numbers without sufficient HTML escaping, allowing markup to enter the returned page. An attacker needs a low-privileged account that can supply the ID value, and a marker must open bulk allocation; successful script execution can read or change data accessible to that browser session.
