Unrestricted file upload in ISIC tour booking 2018-02-13 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code. The TinyMCE file-manager handler accepts a PHP web shell labeled image/jpeg and uses a traversal path to write it into the web-accessible images directory. An administrator session and file-manager initialization are required; requesting the uploaded PHP file executes code with the web application's privileges.
