Unauthenticated SQL injection via account_id query
Published May 27, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in School Dormitory Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data via account_id. The payment_history.php handler incorporates the account_id GET value into a MySQL query without parameterization, allowing injected Boolean, error, delay, or UNION expressions to change database execution. The referenced exploit reaches the administrative-path endpoint without authentication and demonstrates database extraction primitives; host-level code execution is not established.
